Living in the Moment

Today I had the chance to go on a retreat with my Spiritual Formations class. I was nervous to go because I have a lot to do and I have been very stressed lately. While going I was reminded that I need to stop constantly thinking about what I have to do. Instead, I need to live in the moment and appreciate the blessings I have now.
